Legal Hotline
At no cost, any SADV member can call with a short legal question about a construction or business issue. If the question can be answered in a brief phone call, there is no charge to the member. If a longer consultation is required, separate arrangements can be made.
Contract Review – Special Rate
Construction attorneys at Kaplin Stewart will review any subcontract for an SADV member, and provide a written outline of issues and recommendations for an amount not to exceed $600.00. Additional consultation or subcontract negotiation can be separately arranged.
Legal Seminars on Construction Issues
Throughout the year, construction lawyers at Kaplin Stewart offer programs to SADV members, on a variety of legal and construction topics such as subcontract negotiation, payment and change order issues, insurance and indemnification, mechanic’s liens, bond claims, and employment/labor issues.
